Great Brak River Mouth, Great Brak River, the Garden Route, Western Cape

This is a broad long sandy beach set on the East side of Mossel bay (15km) in a broad sand strip crescent bay. The river mouth is open giving you both sea and river views and a wide beach – about 100 m. Backed by old beach houses on the North side – named The Island. On the East is a sandstone headland, on the West vegetated dunes with no buildings. Located near a quaint village surrounded by coastal holiday homes and a restaurant, pub, railway nearby.
